Hello All,
I am working on a project that uses a combination of .NET Technology and
Native Llibraries. Some of the Native Libraries have wonderful Makefiles
that I do NOT want to port to NAnt. I've looked high and low and have not
been unable to find any elegant examples of the marriage between NAnt and
Make. Some of my main concerns are:
* Figuring out the best way to get compiler options and definitions to the
Makefiles?
(I was thinking of a properties file and using <setenv>...)
* Making NAnt faster so that developers aren't complaining that GNU Make is
so much faster? (Although, I have gotten them to agree that NAnt's
extensibility is quite a virtue :)
* Figuring out if the easiest way to setup dependencies for <exec> tasks....
Does anyone have any guidance for a newb like myself?
