Evan,

Can you try to run the build in verbose mode (NAnt.exe -verbose ....) ?
Currently, NAnt only outputs the name of the output file (in verbose mode)
when the output file is not up-to-date (and not when it just doesn't exist).

I'll try upload a new nightly build with an extra log message later today.
If running the current nightly build in verbose mode does not provide
information on the file its going to create, then you might wanna wait for
the next nightly build.
