It looks to me like the <attrib> task is Windows-specific: it seems you
can't change any of the file attribute bits like execute on a UNIX
system. Is this correct? If so, how is this supposed to work? Ant has a
nice <chmod> task: http://ant.apache.org/manual/CoreTasks/chmod.html .

Guess we need something similar ...
