The folder where mcs.exe resides (C:\Program Files\Mono-1.0.1\lib\mono\1.0) already has a Mono.CSharp.Debugger.dll in it. Is this really a Mono install problem or a mis-configuration in NAnt.exe.config?
try building with 'nant release build' as the problem only occurs when -debug gets passed to mcs.exe.
