I would recommend trying renaming the build file to .xml and opening it up in Internet 
Explorer.  Then collapse each section, verifyng that it begins and ends where you 
would expect.

As an aside, a collapsing text editor such as Notepad++ 
(http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net) would allow you to edit as you do this.
