Hi Thibaut,

I didn't figure out the "right" way to do it, so I settled for one that worked. 
Essentially I generate all the output (chm file and html files) to a temp folder, copy 
the chm file to my real documentation folder, and then delete the temp folder. It's 
brute force, but it works.
