As far as I can tell, there haven't been any changes that might cause a
regression.

build ? (just to make sure)
Bala: if you cannot provide more details, then there isn't really much I can
do. I hope you understand that it would've taken considerably less effort to
create a small repro than to have us all guess about the issue you're
running into.
