Yes, at least for VS2003.  Otherwise, what advantage does it have over 
make/bash/python? 
If it hadn't been for that speed advantage, I would have thrown away the 
broken NAnt build that
I inherited when I got to my current contract, and done it all in 
make/bash under Cygwin.
