If I may make a suggestion: don't use devenv for VS 2005 projects, use MSBuild instead. It's way easier, IMNECTHO. Whether you choose to use the NAnt MSBuild task or call MSBuild.exe from an exec task doesn't really matter, but MSBuild works even for build machines on which you have installed only the .NET SDK, but not Visual Studio.
