Hey David,

This would be a Mono bug. I happen to run into this from time to time
myself, but I cannot reproduce it consistently.

If you can reproduce it every time, then I'd suggest filing a bug against
Mono.

Package references. And your hint made it build :)

(changing the subject to reflect the new question) However, after the build
NAnt hangs there, and I have to quit by ^C.
Is there any solution? Is this a bug?
