pkg-config --modversion mon Package mon was not found in the pkg-config search path. Perhaps you should add the directory containing `mon.pc' to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable No package 'mon' found I do have Mono and the MonoDevelop IDE installed however. /Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/ So, this is telling me that I need to add to PKG_CONFIG_PATH?
