I finally decided to re-install NANT. I deleted NANT from the c:
location, reinstalled on the d:, put the new location in the path.
I can now run NANT from the command-line and Jenkins (as I did last
week).

Are you running from the command line? Try to open the cmd window "as
administer" and see if that solves it.
