1) you can get the daily build at the same place as the Nant nightlies - http://nant.sourceforge.net/snapshot/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.
2) Right now there is no fixed process for this. Lots of people requesting it would be a good start.

I have a couple of questions about this project and how it relates to NAnt.
1. Would it be possible to get a daily build of this project posted in a similar way to the NAnt project. Currently the only way to get access to this project is via CVS which I think is limiting the exposure.
2. How are tasks from this project "migrated" to the main NAnt project. Is there a process/voting for this?
