I would definitely support that. There is also code in the Draco.Net repository for this (cvs and subversion automation). The Draco.Net code runs the executable. A native .Net implementation would be cleaner in my opinion, and could provide better and easier distribution. But then you get into openssh and other security needs.
 
As far as I know, the SharpCvsLib (and ShareZipLib) are not being worked on. They will stay dormant until #develop is done. Depending on the license, we may be able to pick them up, and run with them.
