I would definitely support that. There is also code in the Draco.Net repository for this (cvs and subversion automation). The Draco.Net code runs the executable. A native .Net implementation would be cleaner in my opinion, and could provide better and easier distribution. But then you get into openssh and other security needs.   As far as I know, the SharpCvsLib (and ShareZipLib) are not being worked on. They will stay dormant until #develop is done.
