[NAntC-Dev] NAntContrib Home page

I've updated the home page ( http://nantcontrib.sourceforge.net/ ). 
Theres still not too much there but at least its not linking to a 
nightly build page with no recent builds and it looks a bit nicer. It 
also links to task doc for all the NAntContrib tasks.

I'm hoping to add detailed build instructions soon.
Any comments suggestions welcome.
