Hi Kevin,

Please try to build the msi without a space in the directory structure.  I
believe that is causing cabarc to fail.

Also, for #2, by default the msi task flattens the included file's directory
structure.  With a recent nightly build, you can set the keepsubdirs
attribute of the component element to true.  That will maintain the
directory structure for that component's files.
