You have been so helpful already I hate to impose on you again. Would you mind looking at this sample and giving me your opinion as to why the properties are not showing up in the custom action? The password for the zip is 'password' and you will have to rename the attachment to .zip (removing the .bak) (this is all to get by our Exchange police).
