This question may be more suited for a .NET group or an MSI group but at least I will start here.
I have the need to insert an assembly into the GAC AND store an image of the assembly in the GAC using NGEN. Using the <msi> task I see that I can insert into the GAC and that works just fine. Now I was wondering how to run ngen on the assembly. Will this require a custom action? I am not sure what I have gotten myself into so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
