Summary: FxCop Task

Initial Comment:
Attached is the FxCop task which I've been using for a
couple of months and which I'd like to donate to
NantContrib.

It can be controlled purely from the task attributes or
from a project file or a combination of the two. It
certainly doesn't support everthing which FxCop does,
except, of course, through the project file.

Are there any plans for the fxcop task to support the disabling
of a particular rule in a particular rules assembly? I know you
can do this in a FxCop project, but I'd like to do this in a NAnt
build file too.
