There are two problems: First, the Starteam API dll has been renamed yet again to 'StarTeamSDK70.dll'. The Starteam.Interop.dll included with NAntContrib is incompatible. Second, some very minor (but incompatible) changes were made to the Starteam 7 API methods. I have attached the fixed source for Starteam 7. However, this fix will likely break compatibility with older versions of the Starteam SDK. Included with the fixed source is a regenerated COM interop dll, an NAnt.Contrib.dll which contains just the fixed Starteam tasks, and instructions for implementing a temporary workaround for Starteam 7.
