You dont have to go 17 years into the past. Just take a look at
pictures from the start of this decade - it's easy to see the
difference and to note a massive landscape change. Whit the downturn,
many are sceptics about the prospects of the city but I am CERTAIN
that the city is about to bounce back more grandious than ever. Just
my 2c.
