Discover your future!* The Position* To deploy, monitor and continuously improve an effective and efficient Quality Management System - a process and measurement framework for Emirates Group IT based on industry best practice. Advise and guide Senior Management, Project Managers, Software Engineers and IT Production staff on the Quality Frameworks and Management System deployed. Assist Project Managers through an effective Project Office function, challenging them on the non-compliances, while aiding process deployment and fostering a culture of continuous process improvement. - Employ a variety of measures to maintain an effective and efficient Quality Management System - a set of related methodologies and respective measurement framework for Emirates IT based on industry best practices (for e.g. CMMI, ITIL). Ensure that all processes form a cohesive, consistent and interoperable set with clearly defined ownership and responsibilities. - Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization and identify appropriate standard performance measures, metrics, KPIs (Key performance Indicators) and organization targets as appropriate for all the processes. Set up the mechanisms (tools/techniques) to collect relevant data, consolidate, measure, report and monitor the same against targets. Facilitate quantitative process improvement based on the performance measures, and challenge non-compliances through effective forums. - Agree standards and identify requirements for process automation support tools, process optimization and reporting tools as needed for process deployment as well as determine appropriate tools. Support the IT Services Team to create/acquire the tools, pilot and deploy them to the relevant teams. *Salary & Benefits* We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund. It has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1= Dh3.66.
