بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
وَلا
تَقُولُوا لِمَا تَصِفُ أَلْسِنَتُكُمُ
الْكَذِبَ هَذَا حَلالٌ وَهَذَا حَرَامٌ لِتَفْتَرُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ
إِنَّ
الَّذِينَ يَفْتَرُونَ عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ لا
يُفْلِحُونَ (النحل 116)
ثم نهى تعالى عن سلوك سبيل المشركين الذين
حللوا وحرموا بمجرد ما وصفوه واصطلحوا عليه من الأسماء بآرائهم من البحيرة
والسائبة والوصيلة والحام وغير ذلك مما كان شرعا لهم ابتدعوه في جاهليتهم فقال
" ولا تقولوا لما تصف ألسنتكم الكذب هذا حلال وهذا حرام لتفتروا على الله
الكذب " ويدخل في هذا كل من ابتدع بدعة ليس له فيها مستند شرعي أو حلل شيئا
مما حرم الله أو حرم شيئا مما أباح الله بمجرد رأيه وتشهيه وما في قوله " لما
تصف " مصدرية أي ولا تقولوا الكذب لوصف ألسنتكم ثم توعد على ذلك فقال "
إن الذين يفترون على الله الكذب لا يفلحون " أي في الدنيا ولا في الآخرة .
And say not concerning that which your tongues put forth
falsely: "This is lawful and this is forbidden," so as to invent lies
against Allâh. Verily, those who invent lies against Allâh will never prosper.
(An-Nahl 16:116)
حدثنا علي بن عبد الله حدثنا
جرير بن عبد الحميد عن الأعمش عن أبي صالح عن أبي هريرة
رضي الله
عنه قال
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ثلاثة لا يكلمهم الله ولا
ينظر إليهم ولا يزكيهم ولهم عذاب أليم رجل على
فضل ماء بطريق يمنع منه ابن السبيل ورجل
بايع رجلا لا يبايعه إلا للدنيا فإن أعطاه ما يريد وفى
له وإلا لم يف له ورجل ساوم رجلا بسلعة بعد العصر فحلف بالله لقد أعطى بها كذا
وكذا فأخذها
صحيح البخاري
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "There will be
three types of people whom Allah will neither speak to them on the Day of
Resurrection nor will purify them from sins, and they will have a painful
punishment: They are, (1) a man possessed superfluous water (more than he
needs) on a way and he withholds it from the travelers. (2) a man who gives a
pledge of allegiance to an Imam (ruler) and gives it only for worldly benefits,
if the Imam gives him what he wants, he abides by his pledge, otherwise he does
not fulfill his pledge; (3) and a man who sells something to another man after
the 'Asr prayer and swears by Allah (a false oath) that he has been offered so
much for it whereupon the buyer believes him and buys it although in fact, the
seller has not been offered such a price." (See Hadith No. 838, Vol. 3)
