بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الْحَجُّ أَشْهُرٌ مَعْلُومَاتٌ فَمَنْ فَرَضَ فِيهِنَّ
الْحَجَّ فَلا رَفَثَ وَلا فُسُوقَ وَلا جِدَالَ فِي الْحَجِّ وَمَا تَفْعَلُوا
مِنْ خَيْرٍ يَعْلَمْهُ اللَّهُ وَتَزَوَّدُوا فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ الزَّادِ التَّقْوَى
وَاتَّقُونِ يَا أُولِي الأَلْبَابِ (البقرة 197) قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه
وسلم - " الحج أشهر معلومات شوال وذو القعدة وذو الحجة " " فلا رفث " أي من أحرم
بالحج أو العمرة فليجتنب الرفث وهو الجماع وكذلك يحرم تعاطي دواعيه من المباشرة
والتقبيل ونحو ذلكالفسوق إتيان معاصي الله في الحرم . ولا جدال في الحج " : أن
تماري صاحبك حتى تغضبه .وقال مقاتل بن حيان : لما نزلت هذه الآية " وتزودوا " قام
رجل من فقراء المسلمين فقال : يا رسول الله ما نجد ما نتزوده فقال رسول الله - صلى
الله عليه وسلم - " تزود ما تكف به وجهك عن الناس وخير ما تزودتم التقوى " رواه
ابن أبي حاتم وقوله" واتقون يا أولي الألباب " يقول : واتقوا عقابي ونكالي وعذابي
لمن خالفني ولم يأتمر بأمري يا ذوي العقول والأفهام The Hajj (pilgrimage) is (in)
the well-known (lunar year) months (i.e. the 10th month, the 11th month and the
first ten days of the 12th month of the Islâmic calendar, i.e. two months and
ten days). So whosoever intends to perform Hajj[1] therein (by assuming Ihrâm),
then he should not have sexual relations (with his wife), nor commit sin, nor
dispute unjustly during the Hajj. And whatever good you do, (be sure) Allâh
knows it. And take a provision (with you) for the journey, but the best
provision is At-Taqwa (piety, righteousness). So fear Me, O men of
understanding! (Al-Baqarah 2:197) حدثنا آدم حدثنا شعبة حدثنا
سيار أبو الحكم قال سمعت أبا حازم قال سمعت أبا هريرة رضي الله
عنه قال
سمعت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول من حج لله فلم يرفث ولم يفسق
رجع كيوم ولدته أمه Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (p.b.u.h) said, "Whoever
performs hajj for Allah's pleasure and does not have sexual relations with his
wife, and does not do evil or sins then he will return (after hajj free from
all sins) as if he were born anew." (Book #26, Hadith #596) You can refer
