بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
وَقَالَ مُوسَى رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ آتَيْتَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَأَهُ زِينَةً
وَأَمْوَالًا فِي الْحَيَاةِ
الدُّنْيَا رَبَّنَا لِيُضِلُّوا عَنْ سَبِيلِكَ رَبَّنَا اطْمِسْ عَلَى
أَمْوَالِهِمْ وَاشْدُدْ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ فَلَا يُؤْمِنُوا حَتَّى يَرَوُا
الْعَذَابَ الْأَلِيمَ (يونس
88)
قَالَ قَدْ أُجِيبَتْ دَعْوَتُكُمَا فَاسْتَقِيمَا وَلَا تَتَّبِعَانِّ سَبِيلَ
الَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
(يونس 89)
And Mûsâ (Moses) said: "Our Lord! You have indeed bestowed on Fir‘aun (Pharaoh)
and his chiefs splendour and wealth in the life of this world, our Lord! that
they may lead men
astray from Your Path. Our Lord! Destroy their wealth, and harden their
hearts, so that they will not believe until they see the painful torment."
(Yunus 10:88)
Allâh said: "Verily, the invocation of you both is accepted. So you both keep
to the Straight Way (i.e. keep on doing good deeds and preaching Allâh’s
Message with patience), and
follow not the path of those who know not (the truth i.e. to believe in the
Oneness of Allâh, and also to believe in the Reward of Allâh: Paradise)."
(Yunus 10:89)
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ
الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
قَالَ قَدِمَ
الطُّفَيْلُ وَأَصْحَابُهُ فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ دَوْسًا قَدْ
كَفَرَتْ وَأَبَتْ فَادْعُ اللَّهَ عَلَيْهَا
فَقِيلَ هَلَكَتْ دَوْسٌ فَقَالَ اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِ دَوْسًا وَائْتِ بِهِمْ
صحيح مسلم
abu huraira reported that Tufail and his companions said: O’ Allah's Messenger,
the tribe of Daws has disbelieved and has belied you, so invoke curse upon
them. It was said: Daws
will be destroyed, whereupon he (Allah's Messenger) said: Allah guide aright
the tribe of Daws and direct them to me. (Book
