مِنْ أَجْلِ ذَلِكَ
كَتَبْنَا
عَلَى
بَنِي
إِسْرَائِيلَ أَنَّهُ مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ
أَوْ فَسَادٍ فِي الأَرْضِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا وَمَنْ
أَحْيَاهَا فَكَأَنَّمَا أَحْيَا النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا وَلَقَدْ جَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُنَا
بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ ثُمَّ إِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِنْهُمْ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فِي الأَرْضِ
لَمُسْرِفُونَ(المائدة
32)
يقول تعالى من أجل قتل ابن آدم أخاه ظلما وعدوانا" كتبنا على بني إسرائيل " أي
شرعنا لهم وأعلمناهم" أنه من قتل نفسا بغير نفس أو فساد في الأرض فكأنما قتل الناس
جميعا ومن أحياها فكأنما أحيا الناس جميعا " أي من قتل نفسا بغير سبب من قصاص أو
فساد
في الأرض واستحل قتلها بلا سبب ولا جناية فكأنما قتل الناس جميعا لأنه لا فرق
عنده بين نفس ونفس ومن أحياها أي حرم قتلها واعتقد ذلك فقد سلم الناس كلهم منه
بهذا الاعتبار ولهذا قال " فكأنما أحيا الناس جميعا "
قوله تعالى" ولقد جاءتهم رسلنا بالبينات " أي بالحجج والبراهين والدلائل الواضحة "
ثم إن كثيرا منهم بعد ذلك في الأرض لمسرفون " وهذا تقريع لهم وتوبيخ على ارتكابهم
المحارم بعد علمهم بها كما كانت بنو قريظة والنضير وغيرهم من بني قينقاع ممن حول
المدينة
من اليهود الذين كانوا يقاتلون مع الأوس والخزرج إذا وقعت بينهم الحروب في
الجاهلية ثم إذا وضعت الحروب أوزارها فدوا من أسروه وودوا من قتلوه
Because of that We ordained for the Children of Israel that if anyone killed a
person not in retaliation of murder,
or (and) to spread mischief in the land - it would be as if he killed all
mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all
mankind. And indeed, there came to them Our Messengers with clear proofs,
evidence, and signs, even then
after that many of them continued to exceed the limits (e.g. by doing
oppression unjustly and exceeding beyond the limits set by Allâh by committing
the major sins) in the land!

Narrated abu huraira: The Prophet said, "Avoid the seven great
destructive sins." The people enquire, "O Allah's Apostle! What are they? "He
said, "To join others in worship along with Allah, to practice sorcery, to kill
the life which Allah has forbidden except for a just cause, (according to
Islamic law), to eat up
Riba (usury), to eat up an orphan's wealth, to give back to the enemy and
fleeing from the battlefield at the time of fighting, and to accuse, chaste
women, who never even think of anything touching chastity and are good
believers. (Book
