بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
إِنَّا
عَرَضْنَا
الأَمَانَةَ
عَلَى السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَالْجِبَالِ
فَأَبَيْنَ أَنْ يَحْمِلْنَهَا وَأَشْفَقْنَ مِنْهَا وَحَمَلَهَا الإِنْسَانُ
إِنَّهُ كَانَ ظَلُومًا جَهُولا
(الأحزاب 72)
وقال علي بن أبي طلحة عن ابن عباس : الأمانة الفرائض عرضها الله على السماوات
والأرض والجبال إن أدوها أثابهم وإن ضيعوها عذبهم فكرهوا ذلك وأشفقوا عليه من غير
معصية ولكن تعظيما لدين الله أن لا يقوموا بها ثم عرضها
على آدم فقبلها بما فيها وهو قوله تعالى : " وحملها الإنسان إنه كان ظلوما جهولا
" أي غرا بأمر الله وقال ابن جرير حدثنا ابن بشار حدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا شعبة
عن أبي بشر عن سعيد بن جبير عن ابن عباس أنه قال في هذه الآية " إنا عرضنا الأمانة
على السماوات والأرض
والجبال فأبين أن يحملنها وأشفقن منها " قال عرضت على آدم فقال خذها بما فيها فإن
أطعت غفرت لك وإن عصيت عذبتك قال قبلت فما كان إلا مقدار ما بين العصر إلى الليل
من ذلك اليوم حتى أصاب الخطيئة
Truly, We did offer
Al-Amânah (the trust or moral responsibility or honesty and all the duties
which Allâh has ordained) to the heavens and the earth, and the mountains, but
they declined to bear it and were afraid of it (i.e. afraid of Allâh’s
Torment). But man bore it.
Verily, he was unjust (to himself) and ignorant (of its results).[2]
(Al-Azab 33:72)
حدثنا شيبان بن فروخ حدثنا أبو الأشهب عن الحسن قال
عاد
عبيد الله بن زياد معقل بن يسار المزني في مرضه الذي مات فيه قال معقل إني محدثك
حديثا سمعته من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لو علمت أن لي حياة ما حدثتك
إني سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول ما من عبد يسترعيه الله رعية يموت
يوم يموت وهو غاش لرعيته إلا حرم الله عليه الجنة
صحيح مسلم
hasan reported:
Ubaidullah b. Ziyad went to see Ma'qil b. Yasir and he was ailing. He
('Ubaidullah) inquired (about his health) to which he (Ma'qil) replied: I am
narrating to you a
hadith which I avoided narrating to you (before). Verily the Messenger of
Allah (may peace be upon him) observed: anyone amongst the bondsmen who was
entrusted the responsibility of managing the affairs of his people and he dies
as a dishonest (ruler), paradise
is forbidden by Allah for such a (ruler).
