Review request for JDK-8059236: Memory leak when executing octane pdfjs with optimistic typing

Please review JDK-8059236: Memory leak when executing octane pdfjs with 
optimistic typing:

Most of it is reformatting of run-octane.js which had strange 
indentation. The actual fix is to add a callback to reset the 
canvas_logs array after each iteration of pdfjs.
