probably, another incentive for NAPT may be the poorly understood
"topology hiding" feature. I really fear that once NAT66 is out it's
going to be pushed further from a 1:1 mapping towards a 1:n mapping and
even NAPT due to unnecessary address costiveness or topology hiding.
