Jeff is to be executed on Aug. 16th (43 days) and the Warden is denying him a 4 hour visit with his children. This may seem like a minor complaint to some people, but Jeff is never going to be able to see them again and is desperate to spend as much time with them as he can. His attorney filed his last appeal too late and the Court would not accept it, so there is no appeal, no changng the minds or hearts of the Texas govenment to change his sentence to life without parole, so he is asking if we could possibly write letters in his behalf to try to get his visit of 4 hours. It seems like a small request to me, and I find it hard to believe the Warden is being so heartless. The man is dying for his crime, why must he be tortured too? Or his children? I appreciate any help you can give Jeff.
