Yes, it is sad. Land here used to be about 1500.00 an acre, now it is over 5000.00 an acre unimproved! We have moved further out and the people are now closing in again. They bring all the problems they want to get away from with them! I told my husband it is time to go further into the country again! but we are just going to have to deal with it. Getting to old to go further and start over. He will retire in four more years, so here we will stay.
