My father was killed last July
in a motorcycle accident. This letter is an update on the case.
The woman that was driving the truck that killed my
father was sentenced today in the Miami County, Ohio Courts for her part in the
death.
She was sentenced to:
5 years driving suspension
6 months suspended jail sentence
$500.00 fine
2 years probation
What bothers me about today is the stuff my
step mother pulled in court.
She claimed that my father and I have not been in
communication for the last 30 years. She claimed the same about my older
brother. She claimed that my father, Retired PO1 from the US Navy, was an
Officer. She claimed he was an orphan and was bounced from home to home all
through his childhood. She claimed that he had never found true happiness before
meeting her only 5 years ago. This from a woman that has been sleeping with my
father for over 15 years.
