I have recieved a call from Leonard Benaly asking that as many folks as possible come out to support the Dineh elders at the hearing of the Manybeads case in the 9th circut court in San Francisco, Ca January 21st. I'm trying to find out the docket #, but for now i'm just planning on getting there (the Federal Court House) as early in the morning as i can. The Manybeads case is the oldest suit brought by a elder facing relocation. It concerns religious rights and may be reenforced by the recent UN investigation that has found that Human rights and most specificaly Religious rights are indeed being violated by Peabody Coal and the BIA. If anybody has more specifics on this please write me back so i can pass them on.
