Subject: Redskins decision
A little tricky to find, but here is the Patent and Trademark Office website
with the decision denying the Washington Redskins trademark registration. It
is apparently 145 pages long in hard copy, but is a very interesting read.
Now to see if it will be appealed.

Does any one have any information on court decisions denying "common law"
trademark protection at the federal or state levels?? A next step for the
plaintiffs.
