Subject: More ancient bones found on the Salt Mine Site

On March 29, 1999 with most all of the burial mounds completely destroyed
more ancient bones of the old ones were found on the American Rock Salt
mine site in livingston County New York.
It is unclear if the bones were found by an archeological dig or if Salt
Mine workers found them. Mine site officials appear to have tried to keep
this find from becoming public knowledge. Mine Site Officials are to meet
with New York State Parks Department and The Department of Environmental
Conservation to discuss this new find.
These are the two New York Departments which issued the permit, with out
conducting an archeological investigation (as required by law), for
American Rock Salt to dig the new mine even though they knew that the
location of the mine was on a suspected ancient Burial Ground.
It appears this new find came to light due to an April Fools joke by a
Livingston County Newspaper, which published on April first that a skeleton
was found on the site and all work on the mine was to be stopped. This
story's effect caused the mine officials to admit that they had found more
human remains on March 29th and that a full skeleton was not found as
stated in the newspaper.
No further information is being released by the mine officials.
It makes one wonder if the April Fools Day joke by the livingston County
Newspaper was really the work of the Spirits, of those whose sacred resting
place is being destroyed, working through the reporters on the newspaper.
