In view of the fact that Governor Racicot is unwilling to
heed the wishes of the people, the recommendations of APHIS,

and the laws of common decency, a Cyber Sit-in will be
conducted protesting the slaughter of the buffalo when the
next
buffalo is killed.

I hope that this action will not be necessary, but if it does

you will
be directed to a web site that will explain how to
participate in a cyber sit-in.

Here are our demands:

1. We demand that the killing stop immediately.

2. We demand that the buffalo be tested for brucellosis in
the same way cattle are tested,
with six separate tests, not just one as is being done now.

3. We demand that buffalo be reclassified as wild animals,
not livestock, as Montana has them classified now.

4. We demand that the buffalo that are deemed in excess of
Yellowstone's capacity, be given to First Nations people to
stock their herds.

Unless these demands are met, a sit-in will be staged to
focus attention on this deplorable situation.

Thank you for hearing my words, and pray with me that we
never have to resort to this.

For the buffalo,
Duke L. Nukem
