Mr President:
Astonished and overwhelmed, here in Mexico have been informed that
the local authorities in Virginia intend to stop and prhibit the
pacific March to the Pentagon the next 5th June, in contradiction with the
consitutional and human rights which protect all human beings.
Mr Clinton, undoubtedly you remember the marches against the War
in Vietnam, in the 60's. Probably you took part in one of them. I did.
We all peacelovers since many years ago are against all genocide
-in Vietnam, in Sudan, in YUGOSLAVIA... AND IN CHIAPAS, in order to
become, little by little peacemakers.
Thus, we support and defend the right to freely and openly express
our beliefs, our convictions, our ideas.
Mr. Clinton, avoid the repression which could be another sign of a
ferocious dictatorship even worse than that you pretend to fight for
against Milosevic (by the way, here in Mexico there is another criminal
who is developing a Low Intensity War against the poorest of this country:
the indigeonous population of Chiapas. His name is Ernesto Zedillo. He
could be considered too as an author of genocide, like the NATO, like
Milosevic).
