    1755: mass. Scalp bounty posted 
    1756: today, delaware indians, led by king beaver, will attack the
    fortified garrison in juniata county, pennsylvania, called bingham's fort.
    The number of settlers killed or captured was estimated to be as many
    as two dozen. 
    1775: brit gen.gagr wants ind.help in war. 
    1855: Walla Walla Conference: Governor Stevens bypassed the entire
    structure of the American Constitutional System, giving Congress sole
    power to ratify treaties. 
    1838: the two groups of seminoles who left new orleans on may 19th,
    and may 23rd, arrive at fort gibson in eastern indian territory, today. Of
    the 1,160 seminoles who left new orleans, only 1069 will survive the
    trip. A council will be held with the creeks in the area. There was a
    disagreement about the lands set aside for the seminoles. Some creeks
    had already settled on these lands. Many of the seminole chiefs, in
    particular mikanopy, refused to leave the fort until this discrepancy in
    their treaty agreement was resolved. 
    1858: ind.& White gold seekers @ bents fort 
    1869: indians raid the solomon river, kansas, settlements, again. Ten
    settlers were killed, and 250 head of livestock were stolen. At edinburg,
    kansas, troopers chase some indians and recover twenty head of stolen
    cattle. 
    1874: apache leader apache chan-deisi is killed today. 
    1941: today, a order, according to federal register number 6fr03300,
    will restore "certain undisposed of surplus lands on the cheyenne river
    reservation in south dakota......
