Chaske Michael White and Dawn Marie Frazier are both charged with kidnapping and first degree murder in the death of Morning Star Shalimar Standing Bear. Her body was found just across the county line in a field north of the Rushmore Mall June 16th. A 15-year-old boy is also accused in the case. White and Frazer are expected to be arraigned in court in Sturgis Tuesday morning.
