KOLA activists from Illinois made a short trip to South Dakota to the planned Dunbar resort in the sacred Black Hills. They managed to get the word out successfully. They plastered the gates with flyers that read "Stop The Costners From Raping The Black Hills"; in smaller letters it explains the situation and gives Senators Daschle and Johnson's phone numbers. The activists spent the entire day handing out flyers and explaining to the people what is going on and what they can do. When one looked at the people walking around... everyone had an orange flier with them. :) They even got one of the businesss owners to put one in his window! This business is two doors away from the "Midnight Star" (the other casino owned by Daniel & Kevin Costner).
