I'm not against a nice solution to this. I'm a bit scared of randomly
looking for strings in filenames though. A proper solution needs to go
back to the original name and make it utf8 without adding the invalid
text instead of just using the display name. Adding
nautilus_file_get_display_name_for_rename() or something like that.
