Steps:
1) Check out nautilus from CVS: "cvs
-d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvs/gnome checkout nautilus".
This is all one command. It must be all in one line.
2) Backup the file you want to modify: "cp file fil.orig"
3) Edit the file to your pleasing.
4) A. Compile
B. Install
C. Test
D. Go to "C"
5) Create the patch: "diff -u file.orig file > file.patch"
