Perfect, super-simple:

#!/bin/bash

TARGET=`zenity --file-selection --directory --title="Please choose a 
directory..."`

/usr/bin/rsync $* $TARGET | zenity --progress --pulsate --text="Running 
rsync..."


Even gives is a progress bar.  Thanks for the tip!
