Hi,
I am using Nautilus 2.18.2 . I am facing bug 455908 [Nautilus hangs
while accessing a mounted location which is not available]. Also noticed
that when the same location is accessed through a bookmark the hang
dosen't occur. Although the nautilus is trying to load the location and
ultimately fails still the menus and toolbars are available.
Also tried disabling the auto complete feature [ commenting
location_entry->details->idle_id = g_idle_add (try_to_expand_path,
location_entry);] in nautilus-location-entry.c. With this, nautilus does
not hang.
Could someone kindly look into this. Also is there any non blocking
syscall which can be used in place of lstat ().
