It is really no big deal, we can maintain ChangeLog manually, use
comments from cvs using that script and
just appending it.

Hmmm... This way the information entered in the file will be
zeroed and recreated? This is semi-good since any deliberate
edits will go away, or?
Is there a way to make it somehow selective?
