Hm... this is a very serious thing... NsBlockSignals
seems to block the SIGINT but the process does not
seem to care... I do not understand this at all.
I can repeat this on Solaris and Darwin. The 4.99.0
works fine in this respect. So something has changed
radically here. Can you verify on your installation?
Just add "after 50000" somewhwere in the bin/init.tcl,
hit the server interactively in the foreground and
before it finished startup hit ctrl-c.
