Because some dead guys figured it all out before I was even born and I
sometimes feel that I am wasting my time, and that the world is
regressing, and I am contributing.

My collegue writing dynamic pages uses that
for years and he told me he cannot understand
how other folks can program with that arcane
mixture of programing lauguage's and html markup.
And even more: how they can debug their code...


Tcl not being the fastest kid on the block, and folklore saying you
should reboot your AOLserver/NaviServer once/day due to chronic memory
fragmentation, it would be nice if these thousand node DOMs were
constructed once, at compile time, with one of them thar fancy-pants
1970's macro systems...
