Dear all, the tip version of NaviServer supports now TCP_FASTOPEN (sometimes called TFO).
The Linux kernel server-support for TFO was introduced by Linux 3.7.0 (used e.g. in FC 18, available since a few days). TFO could result in speed improvements of between 4% and 41% for page load times (see [1]).
