Héctor Romojaro is working on that (he is also maintaining the OpenACS 
debian package).
There is a official request to create an official Debian package, but as 
it looks as
the turn-around times of mail with the master maintainer in the Tcl context
are long. We keep you updated.

which is still in the ticket-queue. if there is interest, it might help
to add a "cc me!" or a short hint "that port would be helpful" to the
ticket, to raise the urgency...
