The snippet looks OK, but something went wrong during compilation
(you should have seen an error message during linking). The Makefile in the repository
(and tar file) contained an outdated library name, and it was missing the
"-lndsb" flag ... all since many years.

I've updated the default Makefile on bitbucket. At lease it links now fine and
loades the module cleanly.
